Referral

Whether you are a pastor making a referral, a friend/family member, or seeking counseling for yourself. Please call AND email the counselor you are seeking to reach out to. This enables our counselors to have two points of contact and get you relevant information in a timely fashion. All general inquiries will be responded to ASAP. Call 215-236-2700 or email.

Book A Time

We are now offering a booking link where you can check our counselors availability. We believe one way we are able to uniquely serve the body of Christ is to meet our counselees at local churches in their area. Therefore, we ask that our counselees and/or pastors work with us about time/location. If you have a special need in this regard please don’t hesitate to reach out to your counselor with this concern.

In-take Form

The forms which will be emailed to you when you book an appointment are requisite forms which must be completed before we sit down to counsel (also DL from this page). These forms:

• Provide us with a basic sketch of your life

• Give us detailed information which is confidential, but vital to our preparation to counsel with you

• It enables us to check for compatibility with both how and what we counsel (e.g., we are not therapists who typically would satisfy court mandated counseling—though we’d be happy to arrange that if desired; we are biblical counselors and do not offer doctors referrals—though we may refer you to see your PCP)

What we do with these forms is use them to help us help you. So please take time to fill out the form in its entirety. You DO NOT have to sign anything you do not understand or are uncomfortable with for which we’d simply ask to specify that when you return the form. And of course reach out to your counselor ahead of time or at your initial meeting. Our forms are offered in a PDF format and are very easily completed online. However, you may fill out or request a paper form and/or word.doc
