Whether you are a pastor making a referral, a friend/family member, or seeking counseling for yourself. Please call AND email the counselor you are seeking to reach out to. Book A Time

We are now offering a booking link where you can check our counselors’ availability. We believe one way we are able to uniquely serve the body of Christ is to meet our counselees at local churches in their area. Therefore, we ask that our counselees and/or pastors work with us about time/location. If you have a special need in this regard please don’t hesitate to reach out to your counselor with this concern.

In-take form

This form can be downloaded below or emailed to you when you book an appointment and are requisite forms which must be completed before we sit down to counsel (also DL from this page). These forms:

  • Provide us with a basic sketch of your life

  • Give us detailed information which is confidential, but vital to our preparation to counsel with you

  • It enables us to check for compatibility with both how and what we counsel (e.g., we are not therapists who typically would satisfy court mandated counseling—though we’d be happy to arrange that if desired; we are biblical counselors and do not offer doctors referrals—though we may refer you to see your PCP)

What we do with these forms is use them to help us help you. So please take time to fill out the form in its entirety. You DO NOT have to sign anything you do not understand or are uncomfortable with for which we’d simply ask to specify that when you return the form. And of course reach out to your counselor ahead of time or at your initial meeting. Our forms are offered in a PDF format and are very easily completed online. However, you may fill out or request a paper form and/or word.doc. PLEASE RETURN FORMS TO YOUR COUNSELOR VIA: EMAIL, SCAN/EMAIL, MAIL, OR IN PERSON PRIOR TO SETTING UP THE FIRST SESSION.

How long is your counseling:

The length of counseling sessions and relationships can vary. An average session is 1-hr. in length, but may be adjusted at the counselor’s discretion. The length of counseling can range from one session to one years of sessions (again at the counselor’s discretion). It may be on a multi-day/week basis to weekly or monthly. These factors all depend on the nature of what is being counseled for, availability, etc. Furthermore, some counselees may ‘graduate’ from a particular issue and have transitioned into a more interdependent relationship for care just with their local church. Yet, a counselee may return later for other issues. Therefore, it’s best to set expectations that, initially, counselees will meet for 6-sessions and on a weekly to bi-weekly frequency. Again, this is all at the discretion of the counselor/ee, and goal setting for the counseling relationship will be established early on. We make every effort to work with local church leadership when caring for our counselees.

Payment

All payments must me made prior to the beginning of the following session. This means payment is not required before the start of our first session.

OVER 1/2 HOUR SESSION IS: $100

MULITPLE COUNSELORS: SAME RATES APPLY PER COUNSELOR
